I have been intending to THANK you BOTH for a fantastic car buying experience. I purchased a modestly priced used BMW two weeks ago at your dealership. I am thrilled with the vehicle to date. I have to admit, I have been in many high end automobile dealerships in the past and have not been very pleased with the experience. As we were turning into the dealership I actually mentioned to my wife, Kara, that based on past experience, we were in for another disappointing venture. I could not have been more in the wrong. From the first moment Frank greeted us in his very dapper suit and a generous smile(on an extremely warm day) we felt very comfortable. Joe backed up this feeling once we were introduced and facilitated a very smooth and agreeable transaction. The treatment we received could not have been any better. On top of it all, we arrived home a couple of days later to find a gorgeous bouquet had been delivered by the dealership. You are both to be considered extremely professional and accommodating in your industry. Your employer should be very proud to have you on the professional staff. I will absolutely recommend any and all prospects and will look forward to doing business with you again.
