Arrived at Reynolds at midnight with several people providing thumbs up as they passed the car and did a double look!!! Dear Web, I just wanted to touch base with you concerning my recent purchase of the Jaguar XK8. I never before bought an automobile without seeing it first. When I saw the Jaguar online, with the superb presentation, I was intrigued, but still hesitant. After calling and talking to you, I believed you and Naples Jaguar were trustworthy. In the two months since I bought the car and trailer-ed it to my home in Western North Carolina, I have been very happy with this truly fine automobile. It really drives well on these mountain roads. I just recently took a day with my wife and drove a section of the Blue Ridge Parkway. I really enjoyed meeting you when I picked up the car. You and Naples Luxury Imports made this purchase easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. When I am ready for another car, I am sure I will go on line to see your inventory.

I believe that Garrett Rick is your greatest asset. He was terrific to deal with and completely dedicated to the customer service experience. He even stopped by our house to set up our HOMELINK and deliver/install the license plate. No request we asked of Garrett was too big or too small. He is an incredible Sales Consultant and I have already recommended him to a co-worker. I love my new vehicle and my dealing with Garrett enhanced the entire experience.

I have been intending to THANK you BOTH for a fantastic car buying experience. I purchased a modestly priced used BMW two weeks ago at your dealership. I am thrilled with the vehicle to date. I have to admit, I have been in many high end automobile dealerships in the past and have not been very pleased with the experience. As we were turning into the dealership I actually mentioned to my wife, Kara, that based on past experience, we were in for another disappointing venture. I could not have been more in the wrong. From the first moment Frank greeted us in his very dapper suit and a generous smile(on an extremely warm day) we felt very comfortable. Joe backed up this feeling once we were introduced and facilitated a very smooth and agreeable transaction. The treatment we received could not have been any better. On top of it all, we arrived home a couple of days later to find a gorgeous bouquet had been delivered by the dealership. You are both to be considered extremely professional and accommodating in your industry. Your employer should be very proud to have you on the professional staff.
